Access, simply and quickly, whenever you want

By safeguarding a set of your keys, we are able to provide emergency or planned access to your premises, 24 hours a day.

Most staff don't live close to their workplace, so getting back can be difficult and your keyholder may be unable to attend.

In conjunction with our call-out service, Donnington ensures that your building can be unlocked or locked within 30 minutes of your call or at a prearranged time.  Our staff are able to remain available on site for as long as you require.

We are also able to release keys for your own use on receipt of appropriate authorization.  Keys may be collected from our premises during office hours or delivered to you by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Keys are unmarked and securely stored at our key holding centre and all key access is logged.

Donnington Key Holding is a 24/7/365 service using SIA licensed staff.

Rates

Annual service charge per site; £45.00

Callout fee (up to one hour on site); £30.00

Rate per half hour thereafter; £15.00

Prices exclude VAT and cover any time of day or night except for public or bank holidays when the charge will be double the normal rate.
